Perfect Submission Jiu Jitsu

Was founded on March 2025 as part of the SecondFIT sports and fitness ministry of Second Baptist Church. At PSJJ, training goes beyond technique. We build a lasting Christian community and create opportunities for spiritual growth. As an outreach tool, we aim to connect with people who may never step into a traditional worship service, but who will find a welcoming home on our mats.

  • Josh Sarot (Head Coach)

    With over a decade of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience, Coach Josh Sarot brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and passion to every class. Most of his training was completed under the guidance of 10th Planet Grants Pass, where he honed both his technique and his teaching style. Over the years, Josh has shared his expertise at multiple gyms, including Hero Way, 10th Planet Round Rock, and 10th Planet New Caney. His approach blends technical precision with an encouraging, hands-on style that helps students of all levels grow in confidence and ability.

  • Austin Serrett (Program Coordinator)

    Pastor Austin Serrett, who oversees SecondFIT and is a former police officer with 7 years of service, is passionate about helping people grow in both confidence and physical skill through BJJ.
